What Makes Legacy University Different?

There are a few ways to approach Bible study:

Surface reading
Skim and move on

A quick read before bed, without context or a real plan to understand what's being said.

Academic only
Theory without practice

Deep in commentary and word studies, but disconnected from daily life and the local church.

Legacy University's way
Depth you can actually use

Grounded in prayer and context, built for real application in your church, your home, and your small group.

The Three Commitments of Legacy University

Biblical depth

Every course starts in the text itself: context, language, and careful observation, so your conclusions are built on solid ground.

Practical application

Every course is built to move from the text into your church, your home, and your everyday life.

Everyday accessibility

No seminary background required. Each course starts from the ground up and builds real skill, one step at a time.

Mission & Vision

Legacy University exists because too many believers love Scripture but were never given the tools to study it well. Our mission is to hand ordinary Christians the same careful tools once reserved for the classroom, and to raise up a generation of confident, capable students of the Word.

And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:9–11, ESV

Testimonials

"I definitely believe Legacy Disciple is doing important work to help bring believers to maturity in their faith. Helping folks to see how they can practically walk with God and build the kingdom of God outside of the four walls of the church is extremely important and deserves even more attention."

- Kofi

"I have really enjoyed and gotten so much from the sessions to be able to build myself up and share gospel truth with others using stories, objects, and better questions."

- Hannah Akinbode

"Legacy University has helped me so much these past months. I had a coworker who I'd been struggling to engage with & after speaking with another Legacy University attendee, I was reminded that I'd been equipped with an abundance of strategies to use with this individual. Since that point, I've noticed a subtle shift in our relationship.
